Schneck Health has been a client for numerous projects. We’ve completed master planning for the hospital campus, site improvements at the Cancer Center, and the addition of the Materials Management, Parking Garage, and the new Medical Office Building at the Hospital. Our work with Schneck has included indoor courtyards, healing gardens, and new entrances into the Medical Office Building and Hospital. Views to the facilities for the public, as well as views out of the hospital to the campus were all important in the arrangement of site features and the overall campus development. Working with hospital staff, we’ve helped implement green infrastructure including a raingarden that facilitates stormwater from the new parking garage and MOB. Native plants have been an important addition to the campus as well. All of our work has contributed to the enhancements of Tipton Street through Downtown Seymour.
